Ziti Napoletani by Lara Marchini (ITALY)


ZITI NAPOLETANI (PASTA)

1 Onion,
1 Celery,
4 Carrots,
8 oz Mince,
salt,
3 tbs olive oil,
Parmesan cheese,
Mozzarella,
2 table spoons of tomato puree,
1/2 lb. Ziti napoletani (Barilla)

Chop onion,carrots,celery and put all into a saucepan; add mince,salt, olive oil,tomato puree. Stir the mixture(Ragù) and simmer for 2 hours. Cook pasta in hot water.
Put pasta, ragù, mozzarella, Parmesan in a baking tin; heat oven to 400°. Mix the ingredients well and bake for 30 minutes.
