Marzapane Toscano by Lara Marchini (ITALY)

MARZAPANE TOSCANO (cake)

8 oz Almonds,
8 oz sugar,
3 eggs white,
icing sugar.


Chop almonds. Whip the eggs white and add sugar,almonds; mix the ingredients well. Heat oven to 350°F.
With parchment paper cover a pan; put inside the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
Take the Marzapane off after 4 hours. Sprinkle the cake with icing sugar. Enjoy!!!!
